1. Polyester DTY: Representing stretch textured yarn, it refers to the finished yarn that is continuously or simultaneously stretched on a texturing machine and deformed by a twisting machine.
2. Polyester POY: Representing pre oriented yarn, it refers to a chemical fiber filament with an orientation degree between unoriented and stretched fibers obtained through high-speed spinning, which is not fully stretched.
3. Polyester FDY: stands for fully stretched yarn, which refers to the introduction of stretching during the spinning process to obtain winding yarn with high orientation and moderate crystallinity.
NYLON is both nylon and nylon. NY6 nylon 6 NY66 nylon 66POY: Pre oriented yarn, full name: PRE-ORIENTED YARN or Partially ORIENTED YARN. Refers to chemical fiber filaments with an orientation between unoriented and stretched fibers obtained by high-speed spinning (>3600m/min) and not fully stretched. Compared with untwisted yarn, it has a certain degree of orientation and good stability, and is often used as a specialized yarn for drawing false twist textured yarn (DTY).
FDY: Fully stretched wire. Full name: FULL DRAW YARN. A Synthetic fiber filament further prepared by spinning and drawing. The fibers have been fully stretched and can be directly used for textile processing. This production line has low production costs, stable finished product quality, few broken ends of the wool, and good dyeing uniformity. DTY: Stretch textured yarn, full name: DRAW TEXTURED YARN. It is made by using POY as raw material for stretching and false twisting deformation processing. It often has a certain degree of elasticity and shrinkage.
