Nylon 6 DTY

Nylon 6 DTY, also called nylon 6 draw textured yarn, is a kind of nylon filament. It is made of nylon 6 POY, which is stretched and deformed through a false twisting process. It has good fluffiness and elasticity.

 

We use Japanese TMT winder machine and German Barmag textured machine as production equipments.

 

During the processing, you can choose to add intermingling processes, which can make the loose filaments intertwined and mingled with each other to form a compact section and have regular nips. This enhances the cohesion of the yarn and facilitates subsequent processing steps. Filaments can be no-intermingled (NIM), slight-intermingled (SIM), or high-intermingled (HIM).

 

Finished products undergo rigorous testing of physical, dyeing, and appearance indicators to ensure stable and good yarn quality.

Nylon 6 DTY can be used in knitting machines, weaving (circular knitting machines, warp knitting machines, weft knitting machines), and tatting. It is usually used to produce ultra-fine denier warp and weft knitting, high needle and high density, yoga wear, casual wear, nylon-spandex fabrics, etc.
