Siro Spun

Siro spun, also known as double twist spinning or AB yarn, is a textile method in which two rovings are stretched and twisted into a ply-like yarn, and then wound on a bobbin. This yarn can be processed using rovings of the same or different materials, as well as rovings of the same material but in different proportions.

 

Our company focuses on the production of rayon yarn, mainly blended yarns of different proportions such as pure viscose, polyester and viscose, polyester and acrylic, acrylic and viscose, etc., and can stably produce yarn specifications from 20S to 60S.

 

It adopts domestic and foreign advanced equipment, such as India's Langwei spinning machine and Japan's Murata fully automatic winding machine, and combines industry-leading patented technology and advanced technology. Therefore, the yarn we produce has the characteristics of high smoothness, uniform evenness, less hairiness, high strength (higher than ring spinning), good abrasion resistance, soft hand feeling, and superior breathability. It is widely used in knitting and weaving fields and can be used to make plain cloth, denim, shirts, spring and summer clothing fabrics, etc.
