Nylon is commonly known as nylon (Nylon), English name Polyamide (PA), density 1.15g/cm3, is a general term for thermoplastic resins containing repeating amide groups [NHCO] on the molecular skeleton. Various fabrics woven from nylon yarn, such as nylon taffeta and nylon crepe. Because it is woven with nylon filament, it has the characteristics of smooth hand feeling, firmness and durability, but it also has the shortcomings that the fabric is easy to wrinkle and is not easy to recover.
Nylon yarn has many advantages, so what fabrics can it be woven into?
1. Taslan is a kind of nylon fabric, including jacquard taslan, honeycomb taslan, full dull taslan and so on. Uses: high-end apparel fabrics, ready-to-wear fabrics, golf apparel fabrics, high-grade down jacket fabrics, high-waterproof and breathable fabrics, multilayer composite fabrics, functional fabrics, etc.
(1) Jacquard Taslon: The warp yarn is 76dtex (70D) nylon filament, and the weft yarn is 167dtex (150D) nylon air textured yarn; the fabric structure is interwoven on a water jet loom with a double flat jacquard structure. The fabric grey cloth has a width of 165cm and a weight of 158g per square meter. There are varieties of different shades of purple, grass green, and light green. The fabric is not easy to fade and wrinkle, and the color fastness is strong.
(2) Honeycomb Taslon: The fabric warp is made of 76dtex nylon FDY, the weft is made of 167dtex nylon air textured yarn, the warp and weft density is 430/10cm×200/10cm, and it is interwoven on a water jet loom with a head, basically selected Double-layer plain weave, the cloth surface forms a honeycomb lattice shape. The grey cloth is firstly loosened and refined, alkali-reduced, dyed, and then softened and shaped. The fabric has the characteristics of good air permeability, dry hand feel, soft and elegant, and comfortable to wear.
(3) Full dull taslon: the fabric warp is made of 76dtex full dull nylon-6FDY, and the weft is made of 167dtex full dull nylon air textured yarn. It is more comfortable to wear, warm and breathable.
2. Nisi spinning is a spun silk fabric made of nylon filament. The nylon spun after bleaching, dyeing, printing, calendering and embossing, the fabric is flat and fine, the silk surface is smooth, the hand feels soft, thin and durable, bright color, easy to wash and quick to dry.
3. Twill fabrics are fabrics with clear diagonal patterns on the cloth surface woven into a twill weave, including nylon/viscose khaki, gabardine, crodin, etc. Among them, the nylon/viscose khaki has the characteristics of thick and tight cloth body, toughness and firmness, clear lines, and abrasion resistance.
4. Nylon crepe is woven with pure nylon filament. The body is thin, the surface is smooth, the color is soft, and the pattern is beautiful.
5. Nylon Oxford cloth, the warp and weft yarns are woven with thick denier (167-1100dtex) nylon filament, with a plain weave structure, and the product is woven by a water jet loom. After dyeing, finishing and coating process, the grey cloth has the advantages of soft hand feeling, strong drape, novel style, waterproof and so on.
